Rhukson character design

This is the said "official final 2013 picture" this time in my gallery. I do have two pictures I've drawn on paper that I've done chronologically later than this one, which I did back around few days before the start of my Christmas Vacation, but since the scanner here at home is busted and the camera is unfortunately by accident left back at our grandmother's house, I can't take pictures of them, so this should suffice instead.
I've been chatting around with Rhukson on YIM (and on F-List), where I suddenly had the idea that I should try to draw his character since he doesn't seem to have one done for him at all. This is how his character supposedly looks like. However, the little unfortunate jist here is that his character looks are based off two characters that
Kurogon has drawn: Vald's and Guardia's design. When I asked how his character should look like, he asked me to add few features from both characters together, while keeping it under blue-grey colour with purple coloured clothing to go along with. The end results are as you see over here: introducing myself slightly to Kuroma's style and art a little bit more, I got more experience and kind of saw how he does his muscles in his pictures.
While the picture is good, the fact that I had to basically emulate/"copy" the designs of Kuroma's two characters made me go against uploading this into my galleries for the sake of possible issues that would follow, kind of like how there are many people out there that pretty much only re-colours a certain character to make him/her "look totally original OC", but since it's end of the year and I was told by two people (Rhukson himself and someone else) that emulating someone's style isn't a huge crime, I finally thought of posting it instead; after all, I haven't traced anything (hopefully) from Kuroma to make it way too obvious that I'm a carbon-copycat and a cheap one at that.
I do remember that Rhukson had an old FA page here somewhere, but I don't remember what it was known as.....but nonetheless, enjoy the blue/silver-grey dragon beef. (He also seems to work as a bouncer in F-Chat's "Infinity - Muscle Growth Lounge & Bar" channel, which suits this character rather well.)

It worked really well. I'd love to see you do it more.
I think that has to do with you emulating Kuroma's style, since he puts an intense sheen on all his scaly characters. You used the same trick on Rhukson and you used it really well.
