Wow!! This is actually one of, if not THE BEST work I've seen you put out so far, Wolfie-san!! I can see that you used the Gradient tool alot for thing like the hair and shading of the shirt, and that technique really worked well for you!!
The only hit I'd hafta bring up with this is the lights source in shading. Since your hair points lights one way, the way you shaded makes the lights source appear to be in his torso area. Try keeping lighting in mind when shading, k? But other than that (not really that big a deal) this pic is great! :P
