Ruan is a world that I've had in my head for a few years now, and it keeps evolving and changing and eating up my other world ideas to make this big but vaguely laid out thing.
Luckily, through a World Design class I was taking, I had the chance to flesh it out a bit more, but it still has a long way to go.
These little mechanical beings were used back before everything went to hell. Poor little guy is barely designed, but in my head they're little 3 foot tall mechanical humanoids that were used to do all the menial little chores that the people didn't wish to do.
This is a sketch of the original version, because the protagonist finds a messed up and rusted one that he works to fix up. Again, was going to make a comparison shot out of it, but that never happened.
