Knowing his bio makes it even cuter. XD His FR page says:
A slow, gentle dragon whose movement speed exceeds his brainpower. He's not the quickest thinker, but he is kind and wants only to be helpful - thankfully, his way of ruminating on problems presented to him prevents him from clumsily endangering himself or others in his eagerness to help, though he has a habit of tripping over his own feet if he's in a hurry.
He enjoys collecting flowers; as his stumpy feet do not allow him the appropriate dexterity to actually pick them up, he generally tends to pick them up with his mouth. It's not unusual to see him happily wandering around with a whole bouquet of blooms poking out of his maw.
