Cracesh are Strange beasts who have special abilities given to them by the stones embedded in their body, they are born dull but at puberty the stones take a shimmering colour and their coat transforms, the ruff around their neck and the tail tip lengthening and changing to show adulthood. Their markings are almost always symmetrical so mismatched spots are rare, their scales match the stones in their head and tail, on rare occasions an Opal is born and are considered royalty. They only eat gemstones and precious metals their favorite being the stone they were born with.
