When you go to a pokemon league. To challenge the champion, you must foremost obtain 8 badges from gyms. Then make it through Victory Road. Lastly, you must challenge the Elite 4 by whom are considered the greatest of the region they reside. Here now you see is one of

Canas_Nagase. He's also dressed up like Drake from Hoenn's Elite Four minus the boots and hat.
It's my second attempt to try Sugimori Style, but I believe I pulled it off ^^
