This is a piece of work whicI have done to be put on canvas in my lounge, no title yet but it' big 45" x 25".

Yup, I spoke to the "Fine Artist" friend, he's said there's a few ways you can transfer your design to canvas.
1. Screen printing - Cheap and there's loads of printers who will be able to do this for you.
2. My friend would paint it onto canvas for you. (Would mean tracing the exact image and then colour matching)
3. I'm not sure, but some printers might be able to just take your design and just print it straight to the canvas. - Maybe Murries can point you in the right direction.
Looking at your design, I think the screan printing route would work quite well.
