I don't know what it is about the bubbly, simple personalities of some of  xionzappa2's characters that make me love them so, even if I detest some of the things they do.

Jasper is a cheery Raichu, covered in a little pudge that can't resist gobbling up lil' cuties, as he'd put it. When I was given a demonstration of how this character acts, I couldn't help but think of how adorable he'd look, always so happy and cheerful.

So, I drew him. Just a simple anthro Raichu. He's suppose to be a very cartoony Raichu as well, and... well, I'unno how well I do with toony stuff, so I tried my best to be very simple. I did really enjoy working on this. :3
