An example of one of my foamed up heads. I build my heads on a martial arts foam headgear. 1/16"x7/8" aluminum is used to make a forehead and ridge frame then plastic mesh and 1" foam is used to finish it out. End result, its sturdy as hell. You can kick it around and never damage it. I like using the gray foam because its a bit more rigid and in my opinion easier to work with. Be looking for this head to be completed in the next couple days.
