I was having a tough time coming up with something fun for a trade with Bell Griff, but she mentioned either the 9th or 11th Doctor incarnations. They just happen to be MY favs, so i wanted to draw both. I kind of think 9 would not necessarily be immediately impressed with his later selves, but he's just so delightfully grumpy that way.

yay! I will totally continue working on it onece i resolve some SNAFU regarding another commissioner and a possible imposter. what is wrong with people these days that they can't make up their own character. I had so much fun doodling this and your char is really fun in different appearances! XD
