My secret Santa gift for

Its kind of a great coincidence that I just so happened to have faved this character's ref like, a million years go X3 I really liked the design for her haaairr and her pretty colors :3 I always love pastel colors like these that are rough to scan and correct ; 3 ; O.o I might mess with it some more, I'm not sure.
I watched a lot of Turkish belly dancing to try to get this right O.o There's lots of glitter on it too, so if you are interested, FoxMoonEater I will happily ship the original to you.
