Hehe those little blue toddler panties can only hide so much diaper~ ^^

Its very rare to see art of panties over a diaper, which I guess is why some people are pointing it out, its pretty cute since panties could never fully hide a thick diaper and makes more sense to leave them off, but its fun to see them try or maybe her mommy wanted her to feel like a big girl already? ^^
