I think Twilight wouldn't have reach the Big Bang. Sure she was able to go 1000 years back, but we don't know the exact lore of Equestria, we can only assume. And by that, theories are coming in.

There seems to be technology, not highly advance iPhones and iPads, just innovative inventions that help in the time. Like the late 1800's or early 1900's (Our time frame). But since we don't know what year it is exactly in MLP:FiM, because for all we know. 2013 here could be, I dunno, 4254 in Equestria, it's a guessing game.
