This is  BuruShakkuri's Blue Hiccup, thus the title pun.

So not to make the title a lie, here is a great cure for curing someone else hiccups:
- They have to name 5 bald actors in 10 seconds or you punch them in the stomach.
Either their hiccups will be cured from the pure panic, or you get to hit them. It is a win-win!
