Haven't posted a foodie thing in ages but here's one for you. Everyone likes bacon right?
So you can use pretty much any kind of chicken with this, I used 4 chicken thighs that i skinned and cut off the bone because it was ALL i had at the time lol.
Ingredients:
-Chicken!
-Bacon! I used about one piece per chicken.
-sage, again one leaf per chicken
-olive oil, about 1 tbs, just enough until the bacon grease takes over :p
-make your chicken up into whatever size you want.
-put a sage leaf on each piece
-wrap with bacon
-heat oil in pan on about medium high heat.
-place bacon chicken in pan too cook. I cooked it about 6 minutes on each side. My stove is ancient though so temps might be different.
I pulled the sage out when I was done because I thought it was a bit too strong for me, but other people claimed they liked it intact still. xD
