Guy!? Yes. Those boobs are fake, he really takes his crossdressing seriously. Notice I didn't draw cleavage, because it doesn't really cause cleavage.

I would go with a female name, as he's all tran-i-fied right now =3 Because of the shade of his wings and eye, I like "Jade"

Oh yeah, xD The wings are fake. Shoulda added that in... Yeah, definentally a female name. Instead of Jade, maybe.. Jaedin. I knew a friend who's baby sister was Jaedin. ^^ And thank you for the compliment.
