she sucks?
design
good things: her name is Velocity and she has blades on so the name fits, her outfit being half black half white is ok (all black with white bits on would bin better), her outfit is cool and it looks right on her X3 her to strands of hair with rope in them (i love that)
bad things: hedgehog is over done, the purple doesn't sute her
in all, she's a great design, i think she's better then Mandy.
