it goes four ways instead of two like my other guy, Cutters
he has more teeth too
also his back is where the parasite lives, its all up along his spine that spreads across his back and hooked into his brain
it doesn't hurt his spine, it just sticks out a bunch and makes it look all black and bruised
his parents gave him the parasite when he was like 12 cause they were crazy and he had a brain tumor, they thought it would cure his sickness. it did but it fucked up his body real bad and messed with his memory so he forgets a lot of things. he ran away eventually and has just been doin' odd jobs ever since, not making any friends cause he's afraid he'll forget 'em or freak 'em out
