Hrrm, I'm french but I don't recognize the name, they must have just hashed a bunch of french stuff together, sounds like something pokemon would do lol :)

Well... I saw that Sepiatroce was it's french name... probably they changed it in the final versions and you're lucky, I will summit more fanart of this awesome dude, I really love this pokemon for real, is hella broken and it's elegant.
