[Officially released, now that I am officially to graduate with a PhD - Doctor Draco now!]
On every PhD thesis, there is a single page where you hold carte blanche. This is really to personalise your thesis and show some personality alongside your work. Here is what I applied, with a dedication to two people underneath.
There are two leading ways that you can calculate the exact energy of a molecule: through the wavefunction (Ψ) or the electron density (ϱ). I worked solely with the latter method, but I wanted the dragon scientist to also show that the former is just as good - let the quantum mechanical battle ensue ;)
This was also a [polite] middle finger to my supervisor, who once tried to suppress my 'furry life', proclaiming it publicly to others in my group as "sadomasochism".
