The drifting aquatic race~
They are not fast or agile, just a very relaxed nocturnal race.
Because they mostly rely on currents and tides to get themselves around they rarely venture on to land. Most of them just don’t have the strength to walk.
They love music and lights so they often drift towards bustling towns that are closest to water so they can enjoy their night life from a distance.

Oooo - they're nocturnal, too - that's awesome. I love her anemone-like fronds, they really capture the feeling of drifting from coast to coast along a gentle current... And I bet they see a lot, what with watching the night traffic from the distant tides. Are the ocean or oceans vast in the world, or perhaps very deep? (Or both, or something else entirely..?)
