Note: All taken in Garry's Mod. The first three are requests, the other two are ones I just took when screwing around on the game.

Frame one: Giga Sleep...

The riolu slept peacefully in the large field, its breathing audible even to those in the nearby city, though faintly.

Frame two: ...With a Micro Friend.

The human slept peacefully among the fur of its giant canine-like friend. It didn't matter the size difference between them and the pokemon, the latter was always careful with whoever or whatever they handle.

Frame three: Mishap With an Experiment.

"O-o-okay....this was not supposed to happen...!" Tails said nervously, seeing the wrecked buildings below him.

Earlier, he was trying to make a device that was to simulate the energies like that in one of the ever-valuable Chaos Emeralds. However, due to miscalculation, it made the device short-circuit, backfiring rather violently into the young kitsune. Despite being forced against a wall due to the force of it, Tails wasn't harmed at all thought it would be simply that. That thought was quickly disposed when his head hit the ceiling and soon punched right through it. This caught him completely by surprise, soon outgrowing the entire building within the minute, falling onto his back onto a parking lot due to one bit of debris catching one of his feet. It was then that he thought the backfire was radioactive, making him shoot up in size.

Despite all the damage that would have happened to him, no scratch was shown on the kitsunes body, standing up and realized that his gloves and shoes were growing alongside him, the latter wrecking even more buildings and dug into the ground. A whimper came out from him, ears folding flat against his head as he tried to take a step back, only to crush five and a half other buildings when his foot came back down. An eep came out from him, still feeling himself surging in size, glancing up and saw that the city's two tallest towers were starting to become level with the top of his head.

Much to his bittersweet relief, it seemed that the growth was slowing to a stop at that point, slowly gazing back down and saw that he had unintentionally leveled several blocks around his feet. A small sigh came out from him, seeing that this was the second time he had become a giant. Again to his relief, his appetite didn't seemed to have skyrocketed with this growth, meaning he wouldn't end up devouring all the food in the town.

"Tails!" a faint yet familiar voice called out to him, ears perking as he tried to look for the source.

Frame four: To Be Stomped.

A small scowl came across the giga-haxorus' face, not liking the thought of someone the size of an insect to it around its claws. It lifted the foot that was closest to the spy, its building-sized red eyes glaring at the tiny being below. It didn't last long before its foot descended down on the tiny being, one toe being able to block out the sunlight.

Frame five: Watchful Desert Guardian.

The flygon couldn't help but feel paranoid; Something was making the desert violent and the town that rested in the center of it was pretty much going to be victim of the roaring sandstorms sooner or later. When the time comes, it was willing to safeguard it until the storms subsided.

DA user AndyTheShinyVictini helped me with the macro Tails one. Not posing it but specifically, telling me that he had been a giant before, which helped with the short story relating to him.

Please note that even though I have quite a number of Sonic models, they're only from Unleashed and beyond, not counting Lost World.
