The charismatic and dashing prince of the oceans, Reinhart the Vaporeon! Reinhart is a true man of his word, a loyal and dedicated father, and a smooth-talking knight who seeks to appease the loving desires of his mate, Lorelei the Vaporeon. When his appearance is first made in Matt's story, "Matt- The 'Tail' of Adventure," Reinhart is seen taking care of his son, named Destiny. He is very good-natured and honest, although he can be a bit forgetful and even aloof at times.

When their home is devastated by the arrival of strange humans, Reinhart takes guard over his family to protect them from the intimidating presence of strange, box-like "nets" that captured Pokemon along the shoreline. Finding food was not easy, and it was the horrible capture of his wife and child that sent Reinhart straight into the fires of danger to rescue and protect his young family. Unfortunately, even Reinhart becomes a victim of capture, and finds himself separated from his lover and his son. He is a very charming creature, although he can be a bit strict and overly traditional at times. Despite this, he has a good heart and a noble personality.
