A mysterious Umbreon with a developing storyline, Dennis is one of the surviving family members belonging to Matt the Umbreon. Born a natural leader, Dennis holds many truths and ideals to mind, and seeks only to guide others on the path of good intentions. His ability to understand and be compassionate with others makes him a very responsible creature, while his unchanging ways makes him stubborn and a bit hard-headed at times.

Dennis was said to have drowned during the events of Matt's first story, "Matt- The 'Tail' of Adventure." Trying to protect the other five pups that included himself, he was carried away by the Master and his assistant, and taken to a lake to be drowned. He was still a very young pup, and was only just weaned when it had happened. Blacking out after suffocating on water, Dennis washes up on the shore of the same river that carried Matthew, and finds himself near a farmhouse where abandoned Pokemon took care of one another. Dennis was raised to be a strong and understanding creature with a good heart. His heart lead him to seek out his destiny, and because of this, he travels in search of what lies ahead in his life. Sadly, he and Matt never meet following the events of the attempted drowning, and he is presumed to be dead for the rest of Matt's storyline.
