Bandit intially began as a character based on my younger cousin, named Marcel. Small, energetic, and even a bit chubby, Bandit is the accompanying Pokemon to Erika the Eevee (who grows up to become an Espeon, and later in her life Matt the Umbreon's wife). Bandit has a very adventuresome personality, and is quite energetic, spending most of his time at the comic book stand reading comics about his favourite heroes in their own daring adventures. He has an incredible imagination, and for a young and small creature, his vocabulary is surprisingly vast (thanks to the comics he used to read).

When Erika found herself lost on the streets and away from her family, Bandit joins her in an attempt to be reunited with her family. However, what starts off as an adventure in the big city turns into a race across the country, and winding up as stranded in the beautiful wilderness. Bandit accompanies Erika's side, and together the two go to discover exactly what lies beyond that next mountain. ;)

A beloved OC of mine, and a character who grows into a very crucial role. Bandit later changes his name in his late teen years to Ranger, and abandons the name given to him by his mother.
