Yeah okay, I promise never to make puns that awful ever again... I'm sorry. Pretend that didn't just happen.



So here's Beyra 'Kusovai, swinging around a big ol' boomstick, aka the Gravity Hammer. Why?


Why not?

Literally every Elite ever seems to be defined by "I haz a sword" (Or occaisionally getting REALLY creative by having TWO swords!) so I decided to mix it up a little by giving her a gravity hammer. I mean after seeing her going complete overkill in the piece Mortal-Rot (aka  bluekangaroo ) did for our art trade, where Beyra was dual-wielding a Shotgun and Energy sword, I thought to myself "It's deadly, but how can I make her even MORE dangerous...?" so, giant hammer was the logical conclusion.

Don't take this too seriously, it's more of an experiment than anything else. I've got like 5 or 6 pieces on my to-do list, and needed something simple to do after my last set of trades. So I mostly messed around with textures, light sources, fabrics and colours here, such as the hexagon patterns on the suit as usual, but more 'clean' now, the lens flare o the hammer for no real reason besides "It looks cool", aka the J.J Abrams approach, and other little things, like blending colours with predefined patterns to make new textures, such as on the belt and on what little visible skin is showing.

Don't mind my nonsense, I'll get back to my regularly scheduled trades and comissions tommorow. Just needed to do something silly and unique to get pent up creativity out of my system.
