yes 10" should be fine for niceley space out 4 D-Rings they are 1" with if by some odd chance they look odd witch I am almost positive they wont but if so I will let you know & we will go from there ok. Now as for Color/Colors what are you looking for me to make it with?

ok Tracers are a reflective material woven into the paracord. It is not glow in the dark as of yet that I have found any way. But If you want I can mix a glow in the dark color with tracer color of your choice. They are a bit more in price till they drop in price in the stores I get the paracord from. But it sure can be done you can look up the prices if you are not sure & if you are not sure where to do so I can post it to you as well

I just thought glow n the dark would be fun. Its not a necessity. I just want bright colors that "pop" against one another. I really do like the color cyan or as you have it listed turquoise. I'll look over your guides in your gallery again in just a min.

Ok well in that picture the bracelet that you are referring to is actually (Colonial Blue) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12104472/ it is on the second row at the right end corner but also if you look towards the very bottom left corner (Turquoise) is there as well but it is not neon if you would like neon then http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12104515/ very bottom left for Neon Turquoise & fifth one down on the right is Neon Green.

As for your question about the Turquoise clip material yes all my clips I sell are made out of hard plastic unless I am asked to order metal. Due to I don’t like anything plated because it chips & in my eyes that makes it cheap I don’t sell cheap things I never sell items that I think will break & chip or fade. Its just not me I sell things that will last hopefully for a very long time
