This is the Archer Fish. A native of Australian rivers. They get their name due to how they catch their insect prey. An Archer Fish will squirt water at an insect on a leaf in an attempt to knock it off and into the water, at which, in success, it will then eat it up.

I love these things, they can be found in eastern asia too which are the kinda fish i keep, sadly archer fish are a little too small to live with my arowana's and datnoids. I was considering getting a species tank for some clouded burmese archer fish that came into my local fish store however :L
