A little quickie commission I did as a warm up for some other pieces I am working on.
Two things I learned while making this piece. One, making parchment textures is both fun and easy! I think I will put them behind all my sketches from now on. Second, I really, really like cervine characters! They're very majestic, and cute all at once hehe. This one is an extinct form of large horned elk, which might be Megaloceros giganteus with smaller antlers, but it also might be some other species, I'm not sure x.x. Very cool either way!
ALSO! Something I think I've neglected to mention - I am always open for basic sketch commissions! They only take an hour or so to make and are a great way for me to warm up so just let me know if interested.
