Harvy *looking* stealthy, wearing a Mag Prime suit while holding a Sicarus Prime pistol. Looking stealthy, not actually stealthy at all, Harvy has very little grasp on the concept of subtlety (not that it would do him much good). All that "surface area" gives him a lot of shields though, so he'll be alright.
Knowing Harvy, he probably forgot to load the pistol at all. He just chose it because it looked cool.
Mag Prime is a female frame, so I guess this qualifies as crossdressing?
