WIP Clunksuit End Day 1

So I've called it a day and this is what I have done so far. Not only have I run out of pre-stripped wire I also have run out of solder. I was also expecting this to be very heavy but I think I'll be able to keep it light. Tomorrow I'm getting more solder and stripping more wires. I hope to finish the internal frame by this weekend and start on the sheet metal covering. I think the head without the electronics is going to cost me about $10 for the solder. Another advantage of a metal suit is that I have natural cooling from it. The metal doesn't hold the heat in and small cracks in the metal can allow air to pass through.
