Anyways, I wanted to try more of a cartooney anthro. I am also trying to shade via colored pencil (i.e., doing partial grey on the hair instead of all black, in the form of lighting.

Yes, Pepe has been an inspiration.
The title is somewhat of a misnomer; while I wouldn't mind a tattoo similar to this, I mainly drew this because I wanted to see a different style to my fursona.
As for this actually being a tattoo..well, maybe. As you pointed out, I probably wouldn't use this actual picture, but might ask a tattooist to do their own take. One of my friends was a tattoo apprentice, so she could maybe do a more suitable version.
As to the white, yea, I overlooked that -_-
