Yeah, I wore it for a whole day (before I polished it up and all) to test it out. The area at the top holding the gem is rounded above and underneath for comfort, things like that. :) Though the repair guy at work says I apparently wear rings really gently, having looked at one of the rings I always wear, so in any case I guess YMMV.
