I dont do well with critiquing human art when i'm unsure if realism or toon style is whats being worked toward and i cant give opinion on toony art since i dont look at it or draw it.

The anatomy is exaggerated but in a way that still shows you know anatomy so it isn't necesarrily a bad thing. The values are all really close to one another though and she doesnt entirely seem grounded because the shadow is off. The background is realllyyy choppy. it is better to do a nice abstract bg or none at all than to have it take away from the figure. The highest hand seems a bit big too.

Yeah, I tend to exagerate female curves mostly (I seem obssesed with legs and hips LOL).

By the values... you mean that the shades aren't too different one from another? Sorry, there are some terms that scape my knowledge LOL... And yeah, now that you say it, she looks like floating somehow... I still suck at BG's LOL, but I WONT give up!
