Well, thank you! I guess I am, at least a bit. Of course there's always room for improvement, but it had been a while since I had done a painting as elaborate and "serious" as this one, and I'm glad I managed to finish it.

Great looking work. I particularily like how the face is sharp and the shoulders are much duller lines. It adds depth nicely.

To be honest, I've been a bit lazy and should have refined the body further. But I did intend for it to be less defined than the head and hands. Anyhow, thanks for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed it!

You're probably talking about the original openCanvas. I didn't give it a try myself, yet, but it allows you to share a digital canvas with other people, via the web. Myself, I use version 3 point something, which comes without the online feature, but it's a little more potent and complex, overall.

Very dark, interesting piece. Also very unique. It conjures up images of demonology and even a bit of the Cthulhu mythos. I see in this work the legend of the werewolf as the evil man who makes a pact with Satan for the powers of lycanthropy.

There's tons of music I own which goes well with the moods and themes expressed here, which is another reason it speaks so powerfully to me. It's not often you find furry art that makes a serious attempt to appear mystical.
