Don't listen to what people say they are dumb! Anyone who's brown and has dead eyes is adamaticly telephone. :P
Or just the eyes, because I own an angel dragon of my own and just because I have white dead eyes I "stole" her.
As a suggestions, you could make the eyes a darker blue, and remove the "fins" off the end of the tail. This would help get people off your back. Other then that I think it's fine.

looks nothing like Telephone, looks like a typical generic furry design to me, everyone seems to think Ino has copyrighted white eyes or something, i've made characters a lot like this in the past well before i knew who she was, no offense to her of course more to her rabid fanbase.
