He stands there, watching the spectacle ahead of him. A once flourished town, unspoiled by the dangers and trials of modern civilization, was being trampled, lives extinguished, by this frightening chimera... He readied himself, just about to make his way down the cliffs, before shuffling of leaves came from his side.

"Looks like you're going to need help."

He stared for a moment as a familiar face came from behind the trees, a smile on her face, braid over her shoulder, and staff in hand; her hips sway as she made her way to stand at his side. He spat.

"What are you doing here?" he asked, quirking an eyebrow.
"I've duties. This thing is causing far too much damage for my liking. Besides, I couldn't let you go after it alone." She said, throwing her staff over her shoulder.

"Peh! I can take care of my own. You don't need to get involved with something like that." She laughed at his words and smiled brightly at him.

"A'stoir.. There's much you don't know about me. Now, if you don't want to fight, that's up to you. But I'm going down there." She turned and hurried to the edge of the cliff before turning once again to speak to him with a smirk. "Oh, and do respect your elders." She left it at that as she jumped down the cliff. What did that mean? She looked his age... He scoffed and watched her hop down the cliffs edge with ease. Would he follow..?

"Tch.. Damned women."
