Very well thought out. Herman's influence on the beauty standards could also manifest itself in hairstyles, think a hybrid of the hippie mane and the mohawk (the latter was invented by the mohawk tribe to make it more difficult to scalp them, so this aspect would fit very well) - the end result would look less like an orderly row and more like a porcupine - it would both be a good equivalent to the "Don't Thread On Me" Rattlesnake and the kind of group affiliation mark that can be easily disguised with a bit of hair gel or a hat.

Herman's should definitely pick up a phone and get in touch with the president. Keep the guy in the loop, not to his plans, but to his actions. This way they can both keep shit right out in the open.

This is the first of the title that I've encountered and I'm really interested in seeing how it progresses. It reminds me a bit of West Wing; it's always fascinating to see behind the curtain. Come pay day, I need to sponsor a page or two :)
