Interesting character design, I do like "arm-wings". And the colouring looks real neat, with the pink and blue giving it a pearly look.

Early in the morning it is noted that goraths tend to crawl out from the brush to a vacant sunny spot in order to gather up the sunlight's warmth to get them motivated and energized for the rest of the day.
When they dont make tea, that is.

Thinking about warm tea and sunbeams makes me want to curl back up for a snooze X3

Beyond the shadow of doubt, this *is* one of the better Goraths in artistic existence ! His overgrown shrub of head tendril-quills invoke the ghosts of most dedicated and determined dreadlock gardeners, the volume of G.'s lowered and gingerly unfolded wings is conveyed so well, the observer immediately feels the need for extra caution so as to avoid harming the fragile frames, and starts choking up from the intense preciousness. The cartoonish footing of the character is also a subject for the novels, composed of a leg-leg-tail triumvirate and lending this gentlebat a heightened sense of leverage and security.

The picture's recipient is fair in his proposition of an alternate title, since the painted highlights really put one in the mind an Arctic glacier being illuminated by the bitter orange rays of the sun as it bids the polar cap it's annual farewell. You are positively godly in attaining volume and hue when dealing with such snowyflake material. Mad props, yo !
