Its Shrimp Cocktail, made from CAKE! Pound cake slices are trimmed to a shrimp shape, then decorated with varying shades of pink icing and pink food coloring. The tails are strawberry marshmellows on a pretzel stick stuck into the end of the cake. The 'ice' is homemade jello, should have used a little less blue food coloring. The lemon garnishes were yellow candy fruit slices. This was something I did a year or so ago for a family fish fry.
