It is good that you are experimenting with more dynamic poses, it lends more variety to your works.
The one thing that could do with a little work is softer lines on the girl's chins. Having the chin chaped like a V over a softer O lends a more masculine/chiseled appearance to them.
Rainbow dash's and Pinkie pie's faces are great in this regard, and rarity's as well if the right side is smoothed out into a more organic (curved) angle.
(p.s. I really like how you drew their weapons)

this wasn't easy and it took me all night last night to finish penciling and inking. I was a little rough with their chins but the poses were a lot of fun. hopefully the next group shot I take the face value to consideration. I added some details to the weapons so they won't seem flat and give them the sharpness they rightful derserve( fuck that ninja turtle shit. these weapons are to kill).
