It won't be an issue, my armor is designed to allow large prey to slide in with ease. You can see the line at the center along my throat where those plates latch together... Once ready, those plates will slide apart and allow that 'meal' to slide the rest of the way in.

But well, for now, they feel rather good in there, so i'm in no hurry...
