Thanksgiving is supposed to be a time to be thankful for what you have. But all I can think of now is what I've lost. Less than 2 years ago, I lost my mom to cancer. Her 60th birthday would have been this week. Two days ago, I lost a friend to cancer. Today, we get home from Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's house, and my 12 y/o husky is laying dead in the yard. Be thankful for what you have, because you never know how much longer you may have them.
