Here we have Ashai drawn in various head styles. Recently I've been thinking about redesigning her to be slightly more species accurate. With that I mean no hair. I believe it started out when someone posted a journal about Dolphin characters always being bald and shark characters usually having hair. it is an odd occurance I guess but it's all about aesthetics.

Going from left to right.
1. Bald, no fins.
2. Bald, single head fin
3. Bald, no fins, just wolf like ears.
4. Hair, no fins.
5. Hair, single head fin
6. Hair, with wolf like ears.

Currently she's always been drawn in style 6. In the nearby future I want to get her drawn either in style 3 or 1. My personal preference going to 3.
I have to add that her curly hair has always been very nice. I don't think most shark characters I've seen have curly hair. most tend to have the sharp edged hair styles.

I'd like to ask you all for your opinions on design choices for shark heads.
-1: Do you prefer with or without hair?

-3: Are head fins your thing?
-4: Do you prefer more anthroed humanoid versions over beastil design?
-5: What type of design do you feel does most justice to a shark anthro, humanoid or beastial?
