Yeah they're windchimes!
I love the sound of bells and use them in my music a lot so I liked the detail of having bells in the antlers, I tend to tell artists to go nuts and draw whatever sort of bells they'd like in the antlers since I think it's neat when artists get to play with the design beyond just style but the default tends to be wind chimes/tubular bells (depending on the size haha)
