The specifications were: pokemon (not human or pokemorph) with heart shaped marks and a cherry blossom on her ear but I thought it would look cuter if it was the cherry blossom on her back instead of the normal flower the venusaur usually has, and since it´s a custom character I thought why not? I hope you like the final outcome, I had a lot of fun with this one!.
