It sounds like the felony charge only applies if you have modified something that is in your car to hide things in, and not random objects you happen to have with you.

To clarify, when I say *modifying something in your car* I mean modifying something that is a part of your car.

Having Pockets in tails doesn't nessisarily mean furs are gonna smuggle anything bad in them ( if that was what you were implying) I'd rather think more furs would carry their con money and such in it (better than hauling a bag/purse/wallet around if you ask me)

I'm pretty sure it means a modified compartment built INTO your car..otherwise, simply having a backpack or purse would be considered a felony as well...
