Not the best face for her, I'm not all pleased with how it came out, but.. over all the picture itself I think did well.

Kalista in full form, filling the sky, with inspiration from icon:Stampy and his many many well placed giga macro perspective shots.

I can agree with you about her face, I would have thought her beak was a bit longer than shown here. seems more like an owl here than a phoenix

Well it looks shorter, due to perspective, if she was looking to the side, it'd be as the other pic of Celestial Kali. I was having trouble with the nose bridge of the beak, constantly had to keep redoing that part.

That's some really nice perspective. I'd love to see this coloured, faded due to rayleigh scattering to shoe her immense size. Absolutely lovely!

I did start coloring, but also trying to rework a few things too, like the eyes and face... but I'm just now sure how to really go about the whole picture.

At first glance you'd just wanna run, but you wouldn't be able to to stop looking back at such a unbelievable sight. You wouldn't know if you were dreaming. Gotta say those are some fierce eyes you gave her.
