A man is riding in his friend's car, and they're going through downtown in the middle of the night. They come up to a red light, but his friend doesn't even slow down, just runs straight through at full speed.
At this point, he freaks out a bit, and says, "Hey, you know you just ran a red light? You could've gotten us killed, man!"
To which his friend replies, "Nah, it's cool, my brother does this all the time. Never gets in an accident, never gets caught. Don't worry."
He calms down a little, but his heart is still racing. He looks up, and it's another red light. Once again, his friend doesn't slow down at all, let alone stop. "There's no way it can last forever, come on!"
His friend shakes his head and smiles. "My brother's been doing this for years, trust me."
The car drives on towards the third red light, but to his relief, it turns green. However, his friend suddenly SLAMS on the brakes, the car coming to a screeching halt!
"What the heck are you doing? The light's green, why are you stopping NOW?"
"My brother might have been at that light!"
