The youngest of the group (At least in this picture), Andrew is the son of Tyler Hancock and Elizabeth Hancock. His power, as you can see, is generating fire. Unfortunately, he tends to catch his diaper on fire many times, but he himself is immune to fire so it doesn't hurt him. He can also manipulate other sources of fire in addition to shooting it out of his hands.
